The twin and single rooms share one bathroom.
All rooms are west-facing, with wonderful river views and have a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms are attractively furnished with comfortable beds.For our very young visitors a cot and high chair is available.
Our dining room overlooks the river and can be used at any time by our guests. In the summer you are welcome to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace.
A reminder for our visitors from abroad, all B&Bs in Scotland are non-smoking .

Our family home has stunning views from all guest rooms of the
Firth of Forth and the Forth Road Bridge. The rooms are
attractively furnished . There's off-road parking, wireless
internet and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the house.
North Queensferry
This is a very historic village . T here are many interesting
things to see in addition to the impressive structure which
dominates, the magnificent Forth Rail Bridge. Everywhere you look
there are reminders of the village's thousand year history.
There are 3 restaurants, 2 pubs and a tea shop within three minutes walk from our B&B .
A popular attraction is Deep Sea World , which is a five minutes walk from our house.
