Little Dura, our ground floor annex offers perfect budget accommodation for tradesmen, teenagers and tourists. Although not en suite it has a large wet floor area shower and toilets across the courtyard and can be let on a room only basis or with continental breakfast. It can also be booked on a bothy basis with guests providing their own bedding.

Little Dura has a sink, fridge kettle & microwave, in addition to comfortable seating and Freeview TV. The room has twin beds. With its own front door and unrestricted day time access Little Dura provides comfortable budget accommodation.

Our food is home cooked and some of our produce is home grown.

Little Dura is let on a room only basis with a continental breakfast offered as an optional extra. If Little Dura is used by a party also occupying the main house Wester Dura guests have the option of full Scottish breakfast and family meals..

There is a large child-safe garden with swing, etc. 14 feet trampoline available for younger guests under parental supervision.

We can also provide a laundry / drying service and car wash
