Hair dryers in all rooms, full length mirrors, radio alarm clocks, tea trays with homemade biscuits and luggage racks. Mending kits, complimentary shaving kits, and toothbrush & paste are also available should you have forgotten your own.etc.

Twin Room (En-suite) This is a special room as it was decorated specifically for Diana, Princess of Wales by Frances Shand-Kydd. She allowed no-one to stay in the room until after Diana,s death in 1997. We have left the room as it was other than add the furniture

Twin Room (Private Facilities) The "Blue Bedroom", with private facilities, includung victorian free standing bath.

Ladywell House is furnished with fine antique furniture and art.
The Drawing Room is large and pretty, complete with open log fire and three windows to the North and West. Off the Drawing Room is a large and sunny conservatory where breakfast and dinner is served.

Staying near Falkland affords our guests rural peace and tranquility, but also a choice of small pubs and restaurants, an award winning tea-room, antique and gift shops, a hairdresser, post office, bank and cash machine. These are all within easy walking distance from Ladywell House. It's also a central point from which to explore Fife.
