The Beach House was originally built by the Victorians as a bath house and tearooms. Now a comfortable family home offering en-suite accommodation on the beach front. Stunning views across to Edinburgh and beyond. Easy access into the city by a regular train service.

For evening meals, there is a choice of local hotels within easy walking distance, offering a selection of restaurant meals or bar suppers. Late arrivers are also welcome to bring takeaway food back where they will find the sideboard in the Tearoom well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glasses

The Beach House enjoys the relaxed beach front setting in the old town of Burntisland but has the advantage of easy access to Scotland’s capital city.

The volcanic plug of the Binn Hill, which provides the backdrop to the town, offers a short but energetic walk rewarding you with superb views across the sea to Edinburgh and beyond. Rumour has it that Fife also has one or two golf courses.

We have a double, twin/family and a single room, all with en-suite facilities.

Rooms are centrally heated and to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, you will find fairtrade tea & coffee supplies, a hairdryer and colour TV in each room.
