Our family home has stunning views from all guest rooms of the Firth of Forth river and the Forth Road Bridge. You'll definitely enjoy your stay in this bed and breakfast in North Queensferry. The rooms are attractively furnished, there's off-road parking, wireless internet and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the house - not to mention a really great, traditional full Scottish breakfast.

The twin and single rooms share one bathroom. All rooms are west-facing, with wonderful river views and have a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms are attractively furnished with comfortable beds. For our very young visitors a cot and high chair are available.

Our dining room which overlooks the river can be used at any time by our guests. In the summer you are welcome to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace.
