Beaumont Lodge has three ensuite shower rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, centrally heated and are equipped with hospitality trays, radio clock alarms and flat screened televisions. There are two rooms with a connecting door which look out on to the back garden and towards the sea. This arrangement is ideal for a group of three to four. In each room there are many extras which you would only expect to find in the best of hotels. An excellent choice of breakfast is available and served at individual tables.
Within walking distance there are quality restaurants to suit all pockets including two fish and chip restaurants which have both won awards. This is an ideal area for walking, golfing or if you prefer – just relaxing. A short drive will take you to the coastal fishing villages and the university and historical town of St Andrews.
Anstruther is home to the Scottish Fisheries Museum and Scotland’s Secret Bunker. You can take a boat trip to the Isle of May which leaves from Anstruther harbour. This island is a famous National Nature Reserve and has a large colony of puffins.
Beaumont Lodge is currently rated Four Star Gold with VisitScotland
